Not only did Kamille get our house sold quickly, she was able to help us sell our home for $30k over asking. To say we were shocked is an understatement. Another testament to Kamille's expertise is how she handled the buyers agent that we were working with. Kamille went above and beyond to make sure this deal went through and we were informed of what was going on. When my husband and I suddenly found ourselves in a situation -that can only be described as Miraculous- where a friend of ours decided he wanted to help us get out of the rundown duplex we were living in, and into our own home, by buying an inexpensive house and reselling it to us, I knew exactly who to turn to, to help us find the perfect place: Kamille!Jess and I've known Kamille for many years now, and over those years we've enviously watched her help so many people into homes of their own; so, we really hoped we could become one of her success stories.Once our friend established the budget for us, Kamille set out to find a good selection of places to check out.A few were well within our budget but needed too much work...But, then, as if we were in a scene right out of a storybook, she brought us into what is now Our Home.The moment we set foot inside the front door, it was as if the house (a cute little bungalow-style home, with just the right amount of space for us, lots of natural lighting, a backyard for our dogs, and a garage with attached carport!) wrapped us up in a cool (air-conditioned) hug and whispered, "Welcome Home" in our ears.We knew this was it. No other house would be as perfect for us as this house.The only problem was, it was well outside our budget, so we tried (in vain) not to get our hopes up.Kamille told us to leave it to her, and went into Master Negotiator Mode. She talked the sellers down to an unbelievably manageable price that made our dream house suddenly attainable!I have no doubt that without Kamille, we would not be finishing up moving into this beautiful house, and starting a new, much less stressful life with our two happy dogs in tow.Every night, I throw thanks out into the world before I go to sleep, and both our friend in CA and Kamille are always included in that moment of whispered gratitude, for all the hard work they put into helping us find our dream home; the place in which we intend to spend the rest of our lives.

They basically remodel and repaired items and did a first rate job that I didnt think of.
