She was great and managed to convince the seller and all concerned that this was not an option without repercussions! And, she convinced the escrow officer to wait for my arrival from out of state until after hours on a Thursday night, so the deal wouldn't fall through! All of this going on with COVID-19 crippling so many business transactions.
