After several weeks of trying to negotiate a proper purchase contract due to the seller and her agents unwillingness to come to any sort of agreement we became frustrated and found another house. Kalene contacted the owner immediately after we told her we were interested in looking at it. She submitted our offer shortly thereafter when we found out there was someone else interested in it. The next morning we were under contract. We are now residing in our new home. We highly recommend Kalene. She is very impressive and an excellent agent.
