1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Research first time homebuyers programs, explore mortgage options, choose a buyers real estate agent that can assist you with a mortgage pre approval, save for a down payment, create a budget, check your credit score, do not buy anything new right before you choose to buy, be patient and don’t be afraid to negotiate.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Find a real estate agent, clean and declutter home, make necessary repairs, set a realistic price, determine if any upgrades are needed, stage property, have professional photos taken, be flexible with showings, complete home inspection in advance, improve curb appeal
