In addition to the physical distance separating us, the property was part of an estate with some complications. Ms. Krask proved to be the best real estate broker we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond what a typical agent would do, including coordinating hiring a company to remove and sell all furnishings and coordinating the installation of a required operational septic system. Many of the tasks that she voluntarily handled would have required our travel from Texas to Michigan City, IN to complete. She is very knowledgeable regarding local laws and real estate practices as well as local contractors that we needed to complete the sale.
