Kai Fuhrmann

A native to Rostock - Germany, Kai has called Portland, Oregon his home since 1994. Currently a commercial principal broker with Windermere Commercial Realty he specializes in commercial real estate investments and leasing with a focus on mid-size multi-family and industrial properties. Kai is a true advisor, with financial acumen and an investor's eye; helping his clients make real estate decisions that fits their needs. He strives to build long term relationships based on trust and has a passion for transaction analysis and finding sound investments. Kai has a 20-year background as a business entrepreneur which tightly connects him to the local design and architectural community. His clients benefit from the broad knowledge in building design and engineering that he brings to any transaction. Being an avid skier, woodworker and outdoorsman, Kai is deeply connected to Portland and Oregon. He is an active member of the local East Metro Association of Realtors (EMAR) and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM). He lives with his wife Maria and their young daughter in Southeast Portland Oregon.
