Kaelin is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She takes her job very seriously and will go the extra mile for you. Even after we closed, she was still emailing our land use planner and making sure our project was still moving forward. She is an excellent listener, which I don't often see in a realtor. There were times when we weren't even sure what we wanted, but she was able to patiently listen carefully, then ask the right questions, then listen some more, so that she was able to lead us toward the answer we hadn't figured out yet, almost like a skilled therapist would. She will work tirelessly and relentlessly for you. If there is someone or something holding up your sale, she will politely and professionally (yet relentlessly) figure out how to get past it. That having said, I always felt like she was moving things forward for our interests and not her own. There were numerous times along the way where she convinced us to slow down and think about something we hadn't thought of just to make absolutely sure we were moving in the right direction. She was on the lookout for risks that we hadn't thought of and wanted to make sure we knew about them before moving forward, even if that meant more work for her. She is incredibly intelligent, talented, and dedicated, and from my experience in real estate you will be hard pressed to find a realtor with a fraction of her skill to represent you.

We were looking for a house in an extremely specific area of Capitola near the beach - we limited our search to about 10 blocks. This was our 12th lifetime real estate transaction, and Kaelin's service was by far the best. She brings the ultimate skill set of great instincts, knowledge of the area, connections to other local agents, and an unparalleled work ethic.We would not have gotten the property, which we absolutely love and intend to keep for life, if we had been represented by the agent I let go before hiring Kaelin.
