About Kade Ence

History & Education Kade Ence has been involved in St. George real estate for his entire life. His grandfather founded the local construction company Ence Homes in 1957 which was eventually passed on to Kade's father and uncles. Kade worked in the family business from his childhood until he was 30 in landscaping, concrete, sales, finance, and management. Kade started selling real estate when he got his sales agent license in 2001. He sold new construction homes for Ence Homes for several years. While obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and later his Masters Degree in Business (MBA). In 2012 Kade earned his Real Estate Broker's Licence, and left the family business in 2013 to join Keller Williams where he still specializes in new construction and large parcel sales for land development. While with his brokerage Kade has completed his GRI designation from the Graduate of Realtor Institute, and is now expanding his specialties to everything from high end luxury homes to short sales and foreclosures. The Kade Ence Real Estate Team is a team of professional agents with well-trained, service-oriented support personnel. My wife and I were wanting to sell an older condo in St. George and had contacted a couple of realtors to see what they could do for us. Our son told us to get in touch with Kade Ence because he was great with them. We were hesitant at first because we didn't want to complicate our decision-making any further but we thought we would give him a phone call. He immediately came across as very personable and more than willing to help. We were going to be out of the country for almost two weeks but he was prepared for that event. Once we got back, he started showing the property within the first week. We had 3 offers, all above our asking price, which was about 10% above market value for this type of condo in the first place. He advised us what to do with the multiple offers and we followed his advice. Within a couple of days, we had a solid offer and it was just a matter of going through the due diligence and inspection, which Kade helped us with immensely also. Ended up, we didn't need to make the requested repairs that the buyers wanted and we closed on our deal within 2 weeks, start to finish. Kade kept in touch with us the whole time, informed us of the next step, gave great advice, and we were very pleased with his service. We would use him again as he has decades of experience, and knowledge, and is very people-friendly. Highly recommend using Kade Ence!!!
