I am a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working out of the Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties here in Upstate New York. Growing up in the Otsego County area has truly been a blessing. The scenery is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. When most people think of New York they think of the city, very busy and fast paced. But in upstate New York you will enjoy the steady pace, friendly people and peace of the quiet nights. What excites me the most about selling homes is the opportunity for people to live where they have always dreamed! The seasons here are very beautiful whether it's the color changing leaves of the rolling mountains or the fluffy snow perfect for snowmen building.
