Ever since then she has refinanced my properties several times. I have a few investment properties and last year I needed to do a 1031 exchange on one of my investment properties. She helped me find a very nice replacement property in Brentwood. My 1031 exchange went very smoothly. It was a tough negotiation and the seller didn't show much cooperation, but with Farah's persistence and negotiation skills I got the property. Today that property has gone up in value by 10%... After finding us a place she also explained our options when we had trouble with our bank after we were unable to receive our loan. She then led us to a better bank which was suited to our particular needs and we never looked back. Anytime the bank requested anything she explained exactly what it was and why they needed it.
