We launched our search for a new home in Sacramento as a newly retired couple from a far less competitive market on the East Coast. Our family had been searching for a home for three months, with 12 offers all rejected under other realtors. The home buying market was extremely competitive and we were struggling trying to figure out if wed ever find a seller even willing to consider accepting an offer using a VA loan. A friend recommended Justin to us since Justin was able to help her buy a home using her VA benefits too. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and had good suggestions for us to try honing in on homes we had the best chances with, that still also fit what we were looking for. We appreciated his honesty, and that it didnt come with any pushiness. He was super patient with all the viewings we wanted to do, and all the things we were hoping to find in a home, even in a highly competitive market where its hard to be picky (yet we still were).When we finally found the home we wanted to make an offer on he did a ton of legwork speaking with the sellers agent and getting a feel for what would make the most enticing offer, without us having to go absolutely crazy with it on our end. Justin moved quickly and built rapport with the sellers agent that worked heavily in our favor. The property received numerous offers, but Justin got ours accepted!!Only 21 days later we closed, which was unbelievably fast (including VA inspections, repairs, my never ending anxiety induced questions, HOA transferring, everything). We couldnt be happier. The only thing we would change is that we should have worked with Justin from the very start. We would highly recommend Justin to any friends and family in the future!
