This was my first time purchasing a home, and being a part of the process and I wasn't sure what to expect. To be honest we have been looking to move since the day we moved into our current home ( six- ish years ago) and I thought it would never happen. Until we connected with Justin and his team. We told Justin up front that we were not in a rush and we just were waiting for the right house, he asked questions to see what we were looking for, and more importantly where are heads were at, so he could understand us too, which I really appreciated. set up some emails to share what was available based off what I shared. We saw one house, he helped us look at things that sometimes are missed when looking at a home for the first time, he shared his thoughts ( we asked) and we put an offer in the next day and it was accepted. There was some back and forth with seller, after the inspection and Justin did an incredible job at advocating for us and helping remove the emotional side and helping us find answers which helped us feel more and more comfortable with the process even more so in this market. They also were incredibly responsive and we always knew where we were at in the process, and if we had any questions or concerns we felt more than comfortable reaching out even if it was a simple question- and if he wasn't 100% sure he helped us figure it out. I have been told buying a new house is stressful but honestly I think the most stressful part of purchasing our new home was making sure my partner was onboard more than anything. Justin was incredibly kind and patient, with all my questions and concerns. We never once felt pressured or that we couldn't back up at any time when/if it didn't feel right in anyway. I really appreciate Justin and his team for helping us. We found a home that I know we are going to be happy in for many years and I will recommend Justin to anyone who is looking to purchase a property or even considering it. Thank you SO much!

As though it was meant to be... Without a referral or recent history with any realtors I just happened to hear an ad for Justin and his team on the local radio station. My wife and I were happy to see the positive reviews and shortly thereafter Justin came to our home to discuss his thoughts and options for selling our home. We were given many great suggestions on the best way to stage our home and ways to make it show ready by Laura. Karley was on top of things when preparing us for our closing. And all the while, in between the time of our first discussions to list our home, put the home on the market, sit down to review offers and move forward with all the details before final closing, Justin and his team were always there and available to calm our nerves and answer our questions while navigating this process.
