Winter was very helpful during our home search. She never tried to rush us and was always honest about any pros/cons for houses we considered. When we finally pushed go on the purchase of a new home, she kept in communication with both us and the home builder to make sure everything went smoothly. The builder's representative even commented that, of all the realtors they worked with, we had a good one who worked hard for us. Bijan help us locate and then purchase a home in the city of La Habra. Bijan was gracious and made himself available every step of the way. He met us at each showing we went to. When inspections were needed, he helped us locate good service providers. He helped us negotiate terms. Wonderful customer service and follow-through every step of the way. Kristi was so great to work with. I got lucky and was connected to her when I signed up for a house tour online. She never rushed us into anything and kept our needs and wants her priority. Always on time and a great communicator. Shes also very responsive and gets her work done fast. She was so helpful in closing the house on time as well! When escrow and the lender couldnt get certain documents Kristi really stepped up and got them what they needed. She also has great negotiation skills. I was able to get the house in the price I was willing to pay and not a dime more. The seller wanted more money for the house and we kept refusing and Kristi never pressured me to pay more. Highly recommend working with Kristi! She even follows up after the house is closed and is there for you for all your questions after purchasing the house. Me and my parents are so happy with our new home and Kristi was a big help in getting us there!
