About Justin Schlegel

First of all, I'm a family man who loves spending time with my beautiful wife, Jennifer, our two daughters and son! We also have three dogs (Samson, Patches & Em). When not helping clients, I love to travel, play football, enjoy cooking and working on just about anything in the garage. I am raising a family of my own so often share in the same hard decisions you need to make, and therefore can relate. We, too, have moved contingent upon selling our former home to then complete the purchase on our next, so I know all the emotions and logistics involved with making that type of transition happen. My goal is to become your REALTOR(R) & Real Estate Resource for life that you can refer to family, friends, co-workers and anyone else you know needing assistance. I also feel industry involvement and giving back is essential to a well-rounded career so I have held various voluntary leadership positions for the National Association of Realtors(R) (NAR), Arizona Association of Realtors(R) (AAR) and West Maricopa County Association of Realtors(R) (WeMAR) since 2010. I am currently the Immediate Past President for WeMAR and sit on the Board of Directors for both NAR & AAR. These roles have given me an opportunity to see how Real Estate works on a broader level along with making some invaluable relationships, all of which can help me better help you in your transaction. With gratitude, I am a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and was a 2013 "30 under 30" Award Recipient from the National Association of REALTORS(R).

I had Justin and let me start out by saying he is the best of the best. He sold my cousins house, my grandmas house, and now my house. He walked me through everything, he was a realistic view when these interest rates got rocky and we were selling, he was always honest, reviewed options, and even had game plans to ensure this sell was going to happen and positive the whole time. Not even 2 weeks and my house had a contract. We were able to sell our home and move to Illinois. He's the man! Honestly buying or selling he is motivated and will make what you need happen! I wanted to add so further comfort, he does a 3-d walk through, photos are breath taking he hires for, and your house is Facebook famous since it deserves to so more attraction for selling. You deserve to get Justin and he will work for you. Even recommendations for repairs, realtors for out of state people like myself moving to Illinois from Arizona. He is remarkable. Try him yourself and you'll see why I rave about him.
