My wife and I were incredibly impressed with Justin from the first meeting all the way to closing on the sale of our home. We met with 3 realtors when getting ready to list the home and Justin was the only one that came prepared with a full packet of information specific to our home, area and market conditions he had access to. Our first meeting was impressive because you could clearly see when he provided us with a list price recommendation that it was calculated (as best one can at this stage) and not just throwing around numbers. We experience the other agents providing guesses without having even half of the information that Justin got from us before giving us a number. Also, Justin's number was significantly higher than the others (who knows how much money we might have left on the table if we went with another agent).Justin was responsive through the entire process, passed feedback he got from agents of buyers along to us in real time even if it was a simple reason for them not being interested. The negotiation process had some hiccups from the buyers end, but my wife and I were confident we could trust Justin to handle them expertly giving us peace of mind. I would recommend Justin and his firm again to anyone considering putting their home on the market. Side note... Justin came through with several strong recommendations for painters, landscapers and handymen during the prep stage before listing. Anyone that has gone through this process will know how valuable that can be as looking for a reliable contractor can be incredibly frustrating at times.
