You can never prepare TOO early. If you are thinking about selling in 3-6 months, go ahead and visit with a Realtor. A true professional will respect your timeline, but will be able to give you some tips and tricks to work on in the mean time that will ensure your home sell s quickly and for the most money possible.

I love working with first time homebuyers and seeing them achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Recently I worked with a young fireman who wanted to purchase his first home and knew absolutely nothing about the process or how it works. Walking him through that process and then seeing his face after we closed is something I'll never forget.

I was in the media world for 20+ years running television and radio stations. When I got burned out I was looking for something new and way to work with people and hep them reach their goals. I was recruited by an insurance company to open an office and did that for a year, which I did not enjoy at all. During that time I got my mortgage broker license and starting writing mortgages which I quickly found out was not for me. Then I was approached by my real estate mentor, Sheri Wells, about selling Farm and Ranch Real estate as well as residential...this sounding more like my cup of tea as I would be able to work with people, help them achieve their goals, and not be chained to a desk 8-10 hours a day. In the first month I knew that this was my calling and where I should have always been.

In my former media career, I worked for a couple of Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. During that time I was given some of the best training and experience in negotiations, contracts, and communications that one person could ever get. This gives my clients a huge advantage.
