Justin Monninger

Justin has lived in the Lakes Region and Upper Valley area for the majority of his life. Childhood summers were spent on Squam Lake and in the White Mountains, while his winters were spent training and racing his sled dog team across New England. After attending Keene State College and graduating with a degree in Communication Studies, Justin travelled abroad to teach in China and SouthEast Asia. Since making the move back to New England, Justin has focused on studying the Real Estate market and trends for this region of New Hampshire and Vermont. As a self-learned arborist and gardener, Justin and his partner, Rachel, have begun to convert their renovated 1800's Pennsylvania Dutch barn and property into a more sustainable home and ecosystem. In addition to representing residential, commercial, and land-lot properties, Justin has a keen interest in creating a network of New England farmers, gardeners, craftspeople, and real estate experts to support the growing small-scale farming and homesteading community in New England.
