After living in our Soquel home for 33 yrs and moving out of state we needed to find and agent that would represent us over a year period to transition out of the home and prepare it for market. We are so glad we partnered with Justin for a number of reasons. He walked us through in those early months what upgrades to the house and property that would be needed to capture the best return. We needed to enlist some help with repairs and Justin supplied us with some very good vendors from handymen to flooring contractors. When it came time to put the house on the market...Calif entered Covid shutdown and while distressing...Justin walked us through that process and ultimately discovered a family that will enjoy the property and house as we did raising our family there.
