We had bought our current home and sold our previous home and investment property all within a year during COVID-19 pandemic. Fredrick was fantastic with entire experience. When looking for a property, he allowed us to browse homes at our own pace, and stayed within ear shot, taking notes, in case of any questions. His method greatly narrowed down new homes that came to market. The entire purchasing process was unpressured and as smooth as can be. Mr. Huhn also listed two properties for us. With his knowledge of the customer base and market conditions, he was able to take pictures, and create narrations of the properties that caught attention of the consumers, resulting in accepted offers in less than a week on both properties.

Very accommodating! Would schedule viewings at near any time even late at night when texted. Would even shift other viewings around to get you in to a viewing. Never seemed annoyed or bothered to help you unlike other realtors i dealt with. Always willing to get answers for questions i had and helped work with the brokers and lenders with whole process.Was great to work with!Sold out house and helped us buy a new one!
