Bob helped me sell a condo in Dana Point that was part of an estate. I live in Canada and Bob managed every step of the sale for me, including getting quotes on required repairs, overseeing the repairs and managing a few difficult conversations with the HOA on my behalf. He made the whole process easy for me and I didnt have to fly to California once!
