Bob helped me sell a condo in Dana Point that was part of an estate. I live in Canada and Bob managed every step of the sale for me, including getting quotes on required repairs, overseeing the repairs and managing a few difficult conversations with the HOA on my behalf. He made the whole process easy for me and I didn't have to fly to California once! Of all of the steps I have had to take to get the estate affairs in order, selling the condo has been the most seamless thanks to Bob, Lori and their team. Could not recommend more!
