Omg I try to list my property with 2 other Realtors you know the ones that Rush you in, but don't do nothing and then they promote so much on Radio. Well Justin I found On Flamingo on a Advertising Huge Sign. He was just that A Angel of God that listed my home on SUNDAY had a contract by Tuesday and was closed by the 29 of the month. It took 29 days from listing to closing a 5 ?Service and a Flash of a deal like I never seen. We listed for 230k and sold for 230k. I wish I could write a good review, but I can't. Very nice man but I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. There were a few issues that included documents to sign with no intro phone call or explanation as to what these documents were for. I would not use Evolve again.

Justin provided us timely updates on new properties and adjusted what he sent when we changes our mind on a few things. He arranged for us to tour homes on short notice and odd times to work around our schedules. We even went back to the same house three different times and we ended up not even making an offer on that one and buying a completely different home.
