1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Be paitent. Do not fall in love with a property until it's yours! Do an indepth financial analysis before even beginning to look at properties. Pre-approval is a must in most every market. I am happy to help with where to begin.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Know what other homes in your neighborhood have sold for. You may have the best knowledge of some of the intricacies of your neighborhood and may have good of your neighbors properties from getting to know the people around you.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I've worked with many different clients from relocating military families to vacation rental investors and people looking for their first or new home.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was given the opportunity to begin my real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator which is the posistion that communicates with all parties and makes sure contracts are complete and timelines are met. I worked my way up to Office Manager and eventually made the transition to full time sales.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I spend a lot of downtime educating myself. I've earned some great certifications and designations within the industry and am always looking for more information in order to provide you with the best service!
