Cody has worked with us since January (8 months) on buying our new construction house. He went above and beyond so many times throughout the entire process. I was ready to give up so many times because of issues with the design center, delays, etc. but Cody was there to advocate for us the entire way. He was able to convince the builder to let us completely change our exterior house colors (which is not usually allowed). We had to lock in an interest rate due to increasing rates and it did not look like we would close on time. We would've lost a large amount of money that we had to pay to secure the interest rate if we did not close. Cody stayed on the builder and made sure we closed with time to spare. He has not only been a real estate agent, but a counselor, therapist, financial advisor, and so much more. Anytime I was ready to quit, he put everything in perspective and even made us laugh hysterically along the way. I would 100% recommend Cody for any real estate transaction, and especially new construction. It is imperative that you as the buyer have someone looking out for your best interest and to make sure you are not taken advantage of. Cody was able to take so much pressure off of us by keeping us on a schedule and making sure everything went smoothly from inspections to the entire loan process. If you want a successful transaction with an amazing realtor, Cody is your guy.
