He worked with us during 4-month process to acquire our house from a relocation company! Justin was patient, understood the process and when he didnt because it was fringe process stuff(buying from an out-of-state relocation company!), he did his homework and got back to us responsively with fantastic knowledge that informed us to make the right decisions.After that, Justin hung in there while I fixed up the new place, and moved into it over a few months and when I was ready to put my house on the market - we priced it right and had an offer that was 5k over the asking price with no inspections, just closing! The house is closed, were in our new house, and Ive worked with justin for about 1 year now, and I can say he is responsive, professional, honest, and accurate, with good negotiating skills and feel. Id highly reccomend him to friends and anyone thinking about a realtor.
