ZillowVERIFIEDIt couldn't have been much worse, sad to say. I'm sure Justin is knowledgeable, but when i first contacted him he told me he knew nothing about the Sanford area where we wanted to buy, so he sent me to his newest associate, a part time realtor with little experience and no more knowledge of Sanford than he had. She was a poor communicator. Could not remember conversations we had repeatedly, was very distracted with her yoga business- real estate is her side hustle. We lost an earnest money deposit because she was too busy to follow up on our contract and call us back. Justin backed her up and was not very nice about it. I see he has lots of great reviews, but he apparently made a poor choice with this hire . Hopefully this person will be trained more thouroughly to follow up and keep track of her clients.
