As a seller, do not use this realtor. When showing our unoccupied house, Justin Brinkman failed to read instructions we left for realtors. He left doors open, lights on, curtains open; all that were closed or off when he arrived. When called to have him rectify, he was rude and noncompliant. He did turn off one of the lights he had left on, but also turned off a security light, which was marked aEURoeplease leave onaEUR?. He did not close the doors or curtains he had previously opened. We do not currently live in the house and must travel from Houston to put things right. He will not be showing our house again!
