ZillowVERIFIEDJustin is a very nice guy up front. He represented both the seller and us, the buyer. He represented the home as "The Definition of Turn Key". We had issues with improper disclosures, permits and final inspections. The home had recent work that required permits and we were told that the owner would have permits cleared prior to the COE. A few days before the COE we were told that permits couldn't be completed so if we wanted to still buy the home we would need to sign a hold harmless agreement. This wasn't something we wanted to do but we had no other place to go and had to move out of our other home so we signed it. We were told all work was done to code and it was just an easy process of pulling a new permit. That has not been the case at all. Much of the work had to be redone. Also, there were pest issues that were not disclosed properly, exterior lighting issues that were not disclosed (to fix would be $3,500), wood floors that were peeling up hidden under the carpet. The realtor did a final walk through for us and I have no idea how he could have missed it. We were given a credit at the end but it no where near covered the costs to repair all of the above...not to mention the time involved in trying to fix all of the above. The fact that this was the 'Definition of Turn Key' was not. The realtor also called me derogatory names after the sale. Therefore I would definitely not recommend him or Chase International.
