I have never had an experience like the one I had with Mr. Julio Suarez before. We reached out in search of a new home and also wanted to sell our existing home. I was very clear that the purchase of a new home was contingent on the sale of our existing home as we were going to use those funds for the new property. It was a challenge to work with this gentleman. He was hard to get ahold of and was barely at his office. I dont understand in todays market how a realtor can be so difficult to work with. I did my research and despite some negative reviews on his profile, I decided to give this team a shot and it just did not go well. There is no such thing as a person with perfect 5 star reviews as that would sound too good to be true and in this case, I can see why there were some negatives posted. We decided to try another realtor off the Zillow website so lets see how it goes.

Silvia Suarez went out of her way to educate us and guide us, since this was our first experience. Julio Suarez was an excellent negotiator and I'm not sure we would have gotten exactly what we wanted, under budget, if it werent for him. We were on a time crunch, with a lease ending at the end of December and the Suarez team worked tirelessly to not only meet our deadline, but we closed two weeks early! I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone.
