Taking the step to buy a home is already a big decision in itself being a first-time home buyer is an even bigger decision. My family and I were very fortunate to have met Joey O Neill. Not only did he make this experience so smoothly he made it very memorable. Being first time home buyers with little knowledge of purchasing a home Joey honestly made the process so easy. He was always responsive to our needs and was also always available to when we needed him. Most of the time we weren t sure of the process and how much work it would take, but Joey was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his profession and had my family s best interests in mind. We are glad to work with Joey on our last short sale purchase. It is not our first time with a short sale purchase, but Joey surprised us with his negotiating skill. He was able to get us a large amount of credit from the seller for our closing cost. We feel that we would not get the house at the price we paid if we went with another realtor.We also like working with Joey because he is dedicated to his work. He could be reached at any time of the day or night, and he takes the time to answer all of our questions. It is hard to find a good realtor with short sale negotiation skill like Joey. We plan to have Joey help us with future purchase. He definitely deserved more than 5 star. We would recommend Joey to anyone without any hesitation.
