Julio is an amazing professional and did an outstanding job in helping my family effectuate the sale and purchase of our family home in West Covina so that our brother, who owned a 1/7th share of the property, was able to buy out the remaining six shares held by his six siblings, allowing the property to remain in the family originally purchased by our parents in 1965. It was a somewhat complicated transaction as it involved dealing with seven sibling owners of the property, three of whom are out of state, many zoom meetings during the pandemic, and once we had an agreement and plan in place, Julio did a wonderful job taking us through the process, patiently answering our questions, and was totally responsive to our needs. Julio is the absolute best and has been an amazing agent throughout the home buying experience. We were looking to buy a house in West Covina and found a beautiful home with an Open House listed by Julio.
