The Kulda Group has an excellent team that works with the realtor so every matter gets taken care of quickly and with expertise. Their marketing of the house was superb, including the photo display and frequency of open houses. They were very helpful in recommending contractors to perform needed work and overseeing the contractors' work. The realtor Juliette provided a clear summary of the various steps to sell a home. I recommend the Kulda Group highly.
I never imagined how easy it would be to sell my mother-in-law's condo. The Kulda Group is indeed "full-service" in every sense of the word, and the whole team was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them with no hesitation. The fact that the condo is in San Jose and the Kulda Group is based in Half Moon Bay presented no problem. Juliette and Reva both visited the condo and offered suggestions of what should be done to put it on the market. Juliette gave us realistic expectations about the asking price after doing due diligence. We were happy with her assessment. We had full confidence in her due to her excellent reputation and vast experience and knowledge. Reva went down to the condo numerous times to meet with people from flooring, painting, lighting, cleaning, and staging companies, and to check on progress. All of this meant that we could stay home in Half Moon Bay and avoid commutes to San Jose. This was important because my husband and I both work, and it would have been difficult to take time off to do these things. Reva was very thorough and timely in her communications with us. Reva and Juliette kept costs in mind and saved us money where they could. For example, a valve needed a simple repair, and after getting approval from the inspector and a plumber, Reva asked the lighting person to fix it instead of hiring a plumber. She offered various staging options as well. They were both flexible and accommodating with the estate sale people when there were scheduling conflicts. Jackie expertly handled the documents, disclosures, and closing process. She worked with the HOA as needed. She saved us considerable time and inconvenience by dealing with the HOA herself and by providing the ability to sign documents electronically. The Kulda Group went above and beyond to make the whole experience seamless and easy for us. I would definitely ask them to help us sell another property.

Sheran did an excellent job in helping us sell our homes. During all of the little bumps along the way she actually worked very hard to get us most money and guided us through all stages until closing. She had open houses and always kept us up to date on results of them and shared if someone was interested and continued to call them and see where they were at. Answered calls and text us and kept us in the loop with all of the comings and goings. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell or buy and sure you will be happy with her services You're the best SHERAN.

The mover they recommended and we used really guided us through the pre-move steps, and then executed the whole transfer over two days. Navigating the intricate process of purchasing and selling a home, all while orchestrating a move amidst numerous constraints, can undeniably be a high-stress period. However, within this demanding scenario, we maintained peace of mind thanks to the Kulda Group's comprehensive and expert handling of every aspect of this complex end-to-end transaction. Their constant focus and flawless execution spared us from complications. In such challenging circumstances, it is not only the realtor's remarkable expertise that deserves kudos but also the robust network of trust they meticulously cultivate.
Juliette and her team did an excellent navigating a very challenging sale. From the inital enagement, house prep, marketing, and ultimately closing on the sale Juliette and her staff were on top of every detail. This included working with a very difficult buyer and an a buyers agent who was not the most responsive. I can't stress enough how critical Juliette's support and guidence was in this enviornment where the buyer became adversarial.
