When it turned out that in order to buy a house my wife and I both fell in love with, we had to sell our condo, we worked with Cynthia and Jette to help us through the process. Every step of the way, they did everything in their power to protect us from becoming homeless if things fell through. Cynthia, in particular, was amazing at dealing with and protecting us from our buyer's agent who kept making the process more confusing and stressful.Cynthia is incredibly responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and a calming presence through what is quite a stressful process. Both my parents passed away in 2021. What would have been a very difficult situation, Jette made the whole experience easy. She had to deal with 3 siblings that were tasked with all the duties of co-trustees under a trust. Two of the siblings live in different cities in California and one lives out of state. Jette is so knowledgeable of the market in Seaside, California. She was upfront with everything that had to happen and created a timeline for us. She ordered all the inspections and made suggestions on what needed to be done to obtain and good sales price. She kept us informed continuously during the escrow process. She had to negotiate on behalf of us during this process and was able to get the buyers to agree with our changes. Her enthusiasm is contagious. I would recommend Jette to anyone who is thinking of selling their house. You will not regret it.
