I worked briefly with Juliet to find a new home within the last year. Sadly, it was an atrocious experience. Her attention and follow up was lacking to say the least. The majority of questions I asked were met with dismissive responses that did not answer the question; only provided repeated aEURoefluffaEUR? type answers. Quite pedantic.

Juliet is simply the best. I was under an extremely tight schedule to get the property closed as I have had an extended international trip planned. As a result, I was very stressful throughout the process, especially when I did not hear from people (seller's agent, mortgage banker, etc). However, Juliet was always responsive during the process. Although at times there wasn't so much she could do, she would spend time just talking to me, helping me understand how things work in the process, therefore reducing my anxiety significantly. I truly believe she is a natural in the business - good at communicating, wonderful personality. I would without any hesitation recommend her.

My family and I had a very specific set of needs that left out so many rental properties in North Jersey. We must have looked at a dozens houses in five different towns before finding Juliet and let me say, what a godsend! The very first property she showed us, a week after being refered to her by a friend, fit everything we were looking for, with reasonable rent to boot in a notoriously pricey town. We couldn't have found a house this ideal our own given months of looking.
