ZillowVERIFIEDProbably hours could be spent discussing the caring, professional manner in which the Herbert Group performs their outstanding service. While this is so very true, I like to think of them as a team that will go above and beyond what the majority of agents provide. I first met Juliet Herbert in 2015. She represented the buyer for my Sun City Aliante property. My escrow closed successfully but Juliet had to stepped in to assume tasks my agent neglected. She didn't have to do this but did it nonetheless. Because she was willing to go above and beyond, I decided she would be my agent in the future. Never forgetting her professional demeanor, a few years later, I asked her to sell my Mountains Edge property. Perfect! Escrow closed as planned. Again, in 2019 Juliet was chosen to be my agent for the purchased of another Sun City Aliante home. Unfortunately the sellers left trash everywhere when they left. The place was dirty. What's more, they failed to remove a large built-in item in the garage. The sellers agent ignored attempts to have these items corrected. But Juliet, even though she didnt have to, hired individuals, absorbing the cost, to have the placed cleaned and the structure removed. In July 2023, Juliet and Dennis represented both me and the buyer to successfully close escrow on my Sun City Aliante property in a timely manner, without a hitch.
