I was very fortunate to have found Juliet! I was selling and buying a new home. One week after we listed my home for sale, the pandemic hit. We had many obstacles to overcome. Juliet was very professional, knowledgeable, and organized during the entire process. She was very patient with me as I was learning everything about buying and selling a home. Her communication skills are impeccable! There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't communicate something with me. She also has a very sweet personality! I would highly recommend Juliet for any of your real estate needs!

We recently worked with Juliet Hardy on a purchase of a property in North Hollywood, and all we can say is WOW. Juliet is amazing!! This home purchase was our tenth real estate transaction. While we have worked with some excellent agents in the past, Juliet was by far the most responsive, hardworking and skilled agent of the bunch, and she needed to be. We live in Northern California, and were looking to purchase a second home in Los Angeles. After being introduced to Juliette via email by an agent we knew in New York, we shared with her our criteria for a home and within a few hours she was sending us some great possibilities. A week later we had one day to be in the LA area to look at properties. Juliette did a great job of lining up appointments for us to look at a variety of places in a variety of areas, including a quick late addition of a property in NoHo that fit ALL of our criteria and had just come on the market the morning we were heading down. We really liked the listing, and knew places in NoHo were selling after just one day on the market, so we were prepared to move quickly. Juliet recommended a great loan agent and we got prequalified during the drive down to LA. At the NoHo property there were at least 50 people looking at the home during the one hour aEURoePreviewaEUR? Open House (and the next day there was a line of people waiting to get in for the official Open House.) The unit was even better than we had hoped, and we wanted to make an offer that day, knowing that there would surely be multiple offers. It is at that point that Juliet kicked into high gear and moved at light speed. We had our offer in that evening. During the negotiations, counter offers, inspections etc., Juliet was in constant communication with the selling agent and with us. She always kept us informed on where we were in the process, and provided super helpful reports that we hadnt even thought to ask for regarding the neighborhood and the home. She also shared great advice for getting our offer accepted over the other five received by the seller. Juliet never let anything sit, and every task was completed correctly and on time. We strongly recommend Juliet Hardy for anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property, and look forward to working with her again when opportunity arises.

I first met Juliet in 2004 when she helped us sell then current home (in 1 day) & buy a new home. Juliet stayed in contact, not looking for a sale but it's her genuine nature. As life can do, went thru some ups & downs. I ended up renting, wanting to buy but Juliet was helpful in determining I wasn't ready.Fast forward to Jan 2019. I contacted Juliet to say I'd be ready this summer. As luck would have it, my perfect place came along earlier than I'd expected. As we placed an offer, I told Juliet that I'd need a long escrow (80 days) to be where I wanted to be so if the long escrow didn't work, I was prepared to wait. She wasn't in any hurry to push me along. It turned out I was ready sooner than expected (by about 45 days). But I wasn't happy with the loan I'd qualified for (even though I suggested we close 15 days earlier than the original 90 day escrow). So with less than 4 weeks to go, I cancelled the loan & started fresh. While I knew it was the right thing for me, Juliet must have been wondering if I'd just sabotaged the deal....though she never hinted at it. Today I received the key to my new place, 5 days earlier than the modified escrow. Throughout the entire process, Juliet was my advocate. The sellers were 3 sisters (in a trust) & took forever to agree or even negotiate. While I didn't have any contact with the sellers' agent, his lack of standard protocol was apparent to me. However, everything from my side was always professional (ie: our offers/counters were thru DocuSign, sellers' offers/counters were emails). Juliet noticed things in the home I didn't. She has a wealth of experience & knows how to gently point out areas of concern, what impact those areas may cause, what is normal & what is unusual. She draws upon her years of experience, presenting in an unbiased manner. I felt as if I was working with my sister, looking out for my best interest. TBH: I struggle writing this review because I want to make it clear she's truly a professional but her authentic caring makes it a wonderful personal relationship.

Juliet was so easy to work with. She is detailed oriented and extremely organized. She helped us sell our house at full asking price in less than 2 weeks! Juliet handheld us through the whole process, keeping in constant communication thus making the selling experience completely stress free. I would highly recommend Juliet for your real estate needs.
