I've been working with the public for 20 years from the Carpenters Union to Fine Dining on the Oregon Coast. I enjoy running and most sports as I'm naturally competitive. With the exception of some time Myrtle Point High school ,I grew up in the California foothills by Yosemite National Park. Having the opportunity to combine work with the passion of helping people whether buying for first time or selling, I look forward to Assisting you with your real estate needs!

Have a good Realtor/lender available and ask lots of questions!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Being aware of our current Market is very important for your Point Point.

Buyers, Sellers & Investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Being in a contingent offer on a home that was off market. We had so much time to get the current home on the market with an acceptable offer to close. We had a couple hurtles but in the end, it all worked out with a week to spare from contingency date.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I wanted to job that I could be involved with helping people and making a living.
