Kathy is amazing! Here is the timeline of events that happened: -Tuesday May 29th she showed us our dream home -Thursday May 31st we met with Mortage company and got pre-approved to make and offer- Saturday June 2nd we made our contingent offer and it was accepted - Tuesday June 5th she took pics and made suggestions that would help sell the house - Tuesday we also had our first showing by Julie Smith owner/broker of Copper Leaf -Friday night June 8th she posted pics and got the word out about our house-Saturday morning June 9th was off the chain with people wanting to see our home - After 2 showings Saturday and 3 on Sunday June 10th we were offered full price for our home So in less than 2 weeks we found our dream home and had an accepted offer on ours!
