My wife and I were unsure of where we wanted to purchase a home; we knew it was Ozaukee County but was not sure of the different neighborhoods due to being new to that area. Julie picked us up and took us from Belgium all the way to Mequon and even treated us to lunch at a great place in Cedarburg. We were able to pick our community based on this tour and our happily in the process of looking. Julie went above and beyond with her personal tour and I couldn't ask for much more in an agent. If you want someone willing to go the extra mile Julie is the only one.

Julie is responsive, kind and personable, however was not transparent in helping me to secure a walk-through on a home I was interested in. After inquiring on the availability of the home, she indicated its status aEUR" open with pre-approval prior to viewing. Per her instruction, I scrambled, went through the process of pre-approval, got a letter aEUR" only then to have Julie communicate that the home had an accepted offer. This was extremely frustrating as this was contradictory to the previously communicated status of the home, just two hours prior. It was apparent that Julie did not ask the necessary questions on behalf of her client (me). Home buying is process that requires trust, transparency and diligence aEUR" I'm not the typical review writer, however this exchange has prompted me to provide this awareness to other buyers.
