You hate typical real estate agent bios. I do too. They're stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. I thought I'd just give you what you want -- real answers to questions you're probably wondering right now. Q: Will you return my calls and emails? A: Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. Q: I've met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you a jerk? A: Here's what I can tell you: I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to really find out if I'm a jerk? Mess with one of those people. Q: Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? A: Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing - but here are some specialties of mine: Working with first time buyers, Move up buyers, New construction, Resale listings in all price ranges. Q: What are you really good at? A: On a personal level, I'm a pretty good cook and have been known to get rounds of applause when I'm on a karaoke stage. On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I've developed over the years: 1) Listening. Kind of a lost art these days. 2) Patience. Buying and selling a home can be confusing. Let me walk you through the process. 3) Conflict Resolution. Sometimes sales go smoothly, sometimes not. Let me put out the fires, you just take care of packing. And because this is a Realtor bio, I should tell you that I've been selling real estate since 2005. I'm a multi-million dollar producer and multi-year achievement award winner.

Julie helped us to sell our longtime family home in Norwalk, Iowa. From the first second that we contacted her she was very responsive, informative, caring, and professional. We listened to and followed her advice and received multiple offers on the first day the home was listed. Each time that we encountered a hiccup as we progressed to the closing, she was always proactive and calm with regard to providing updates and what actions or tasks we needed to do - or not do - to keep the process moving forward. Julie is down to earth and very relatable - we felt comfortable with her immediately - and she also has a great sense of humor. She is fun, yet knowledgeable and always laser focused on getting the job done.
