Julie is presently a full time Realtor at Grand Lux Realty and serves the neighborhoods in New York City, Riverdale, the Bronx, and Westchester County. Julie is a past Board member and Admissions Chairperson of her residential Co-op. Julie was a scholarship recipient for a Master of Real Estate degree program with the National Association of REALTORS - Realtor University. Throughout the year Julie also participates in numerous real estate seminars to keep up with real estate issues. The past 20 years, Julie has been re-appointed by the Bronx Borough President to serve as a volunteer Board member with Community Board No. 8 -Bronx. As a Board member Julie deals with a range of matters including housing, land use and zoning, and works with government agencies to improve the local delivery of services. Julie's Co-op Board participation, continued education in real estate, and civic duties assist her in knowing the various communities and being continuously informed on the issues relating to the real estate consumer.
