ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we were in the process of buying our home, everything was rainbows and Sunshine at first. She had us use "her guy" for the inspection which was a huge mistake because he missed quite a bit that has ended up costing us over $30,000 the past 2 years. We were first time home buyers so we didn't know. On top of that, she went on vacation during our closing process and we almost didn't close on our house on time and her response was "I deserve to go on vacation too..." Now, the spot her and her inspector said "Oh, thats nothing, thats where the previous tenants use to burn candles" is actually a hole in the ceiling and we have to pay to get repaired because it is starting to leak. She know the game and knows it well. She will make her money and leave you high and dry. When I contacted her after our house flooded less than 3 months after living there, she ghosted us as if she knew she should us a lemon. The good thing is atleast we had the money to fix everything and when we sell the house, atleast the next buyers won't get screwed like we did.
