1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
You should always have your own agent working for you, it's a myth that you get a better price going directly to the listing agent, the listing agent is the only one who benefits.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview 3 agents and don't always go with the one who gives you the higher price, normally they are just buying the listing if there is a huge difference in price. Make sure your agent is knowledgeable and respectful.

Buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My client bought a $4,000,000 property sight unseen, because I recommended it.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started buying when I was 20 years old, then became my brothers assistant and that was 20 years ago.

I'm always taking new classes and keeping up with the trends in Real Estate.
