When I asked if she was familiar with nearby bad neighborhood she had no idea. When I asked her questions about the house she said "I dont have a crystal ball". When I asked her about mold under the sink she said "I dont know, Im not a mold expert, but you can hire one." When I asked about the lease she told me "you should be a lawyer" when I asked her about cracks she said "its a rental what do you expect". She didnt answer any questions I had and wanted me to sign the lease on the spot. When I told her I wanted to read over it she got an attitude and speed off in her car. She told me to have the signed lease back at her office by mon morning but did not have my questions answered until mon evening and let us know she had already put the house back up on the market. She spoke bad about me to my boyfriend but never addressed me. Very snarky if you ask any questions. Rude and unprofessional! Needless to say I liked the house but would rather rent for a nicer agent.
