She has a lot of experience, and uses that experience to work for her clients in many ways, big and small. She has good judgment about price and proved to be an extremely skilled negotiator. It was always helpful to talk through strategy and decision-making with her. Julie has good connections (and a very good reputation) with many local contractors and businesses, which is a big help during inspection periods and after you move in. Julie has a clear commitment to professional ethics and honest dealing, which is something we really value and appreciate. We did think that in our property sale there could have been a bit more preparation for the initial listing. Some of what proved to be the best photos were delayed until a few days after listing. Part of this is due to the fact that there aren?t always a lot of people in rural Colorado available to do certain work, and to weather conditions. But it would have been nice to have everything ready to go for maximum impact at the time of listing. Still, we were very satisfied with the sale in the end. We give Julie our highest recommendation.
