1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Helping a buyer from start to finish. Making sure they are working with a very reputable lender, and are very realistic with their expectations. I work very hard for my buyers and help negotiate the best possible deal for them. I treat representation very seriously. I want my buyers to have a very stress free and fun process!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I will give them 100% attention to selling their home by utilizing my knowledge of the industry, marketing technique to maximize exposure, a market analysis on their home that will provide a realistic price range for selling their home. I like to be partners with my Sellers so that communication is always honest and open. It is important to me that I meet and exceed my Sellers expectations. I want this experience to be stress free for my Sellers. I want to deliver 100% satisfaction.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First-time home buyers, move-up buyers, investors, empty nesters, second home purchases.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I feel my real estate transaction always go well. By that I mean I utilize my experience, knowledge of the industry and being completely honest with my clients. We work together as a team for the main goal of a successful experience and closing. Real estate to me is all about the relationship building. I treat people how I would like to be treated. I am honest, sincere, dedicated, knowledgeable, and represent by buyers and sellers to the fullest by giving them 100% attention. This is my career.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Real estate has always been a passion to me for as long as I can remember. I love working with people and always have their best interest in mind.
