1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The first step should always be to visit with a lender so you'll know how much home you can afford and also what payment you're comfortable with. Don't buy a house that's going to stretch your budget too far. You still want to be able to do the things you enjoy!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The number one thing I tell sellers is, "You've got too much stuff."
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
The good, the better and the best.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a single lady buy her first home. She was so nervous and scared throughout the process. It was nice to be able to be a source of confidence and knowledge to help her through the transaction.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
When my youngest child reached middle school I knew it was time for me to reenter the workforce. I had always thought real estate was an interesting industry and I was right. I have the best job in the world.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am constantly learning more about real estate through seminars, reading books, webcasts and continuing education classes. As Albert Einstein said, "Once you stop learning, you start dying."
