We technically never hit the market while not having to deal with open houses and non- stop scheduling of walk throughs. I worked from home and my kids were being home schooled at the time. There was just no way for us to just get up and leave for a showing. This was our first time selling a home and I was not very familiar with all of the processes and expectations which created a lot of stress for me. She took here time to offer me proper coaching, education, and mentorship to push through all of the action items and few minor obstacles.
