Wow, what an amazing realtor. I have bought and sold over 40 properties with numerous realtors. Julie went above and beyond in so many ways. She helped navigate a difficult sale that was long distance for me. She was always there to facilitate a contractor getting access or other needs. She was very responsive to all calls and called back almost immediately on the few occasions she was not able to answer. Julie was able to get a great price for the property and made the transaction easy. She has good local knowledge of the area and market.
