I'm always talking about real estate. It's a topic of interest to everyone whether you're think ing of selling your home, buying a home, or just curious about what's happening in your neighborhood. There is always a reason to talk about real estate and I love it. My real estate career started in January 2004, and I currently hold my license with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group (CBREG). We have a team philosophy at CBREG which has put us on the leading edge of the industry. This business never stays the same and it's good to work with a team that pulls together, shares ideas and keeps us updated on the technolo gy to do our job well. The pendulum continues to swing in our marketplace creating many challenges. It takes thinking outside the box and a creative approach to getting buyers and sellers into a win/ win situation. My approach of partnering with buyers and sellers has proven to be a winning combination. We are in this market together to achieve the same goal and partnering throughout all steps of this process makes our transaction smooth from our first meeting to the celebration at the closing table. The key to my success is straight forward communication. This is key in today's market, and that doesn't always mean delivering "good" news. My forward, professional approach makes my buyers and sellers feel they have the knowledge to make informed decisions throughout the sales process. I endorse a higher level of education having obtained my GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation which equips me with the tools to perform and the confidence to succeed in to day's competitive market while representing buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. GRI is the highest designation a realtor can accomplish. Additionally, I keep this updated yearly by attending GRI grad class which is an additional 16 hours of training. This is key in keeping up with the changing real estate industry and has given me the confidence to do my job well. My hard work and dedication is recognized yearly as a top producer at CBREG.
