When my wife and I began the process of considering selling our home we had many questions. It was important to us that the conditions were just right otherwise we were content to stay in what was our current home. We had friends who lived in the Pointe who recently sold and then bought their new home with Julie, and my wife's sister and brother-in-law had also met with Julie because they too were considering a possible move. Both couples had nothing but good things to say about Julie and her team so we decided to interview her and our previous realtor whom we sold our last home with in 2016.Let me first say, my wife and I have very demanding work schedules and it was imperative that we find a true business consultative partner who not only could help guide us through the process, but could also bring her vast resources to the table as well.That said, Julie met with us on a Saturday in late September to introduce herself and did a brief presentation on the benefits of working with "Team Cash". We discussed our needs, wants and expectations. Julie was very clear on market conditions, and on what we could expect. I'm an old school guy, and I appreciate a straight shooter and felt I was getting just that from Julie. Ask a question, get a direct answer. That's what I needed and was looking for.As far a resources. It can be a bit daunting to begin the process to source a financial institution for a new loan, a moving company, etc. Of course you can play it safe and stay with your current mortgage provider. But again due to our work loads, we first wanted to ensure we understood our financial options (didn't want to leave money on the table), and second wanted a bank and a loan processor who would make us a priority. Someone who would take our call when we had questions and help walk us through that end of the buying process.I asked Julie to provide three Banks and three Moving Companies, which she did. After a number of phone calls, I was able to select a mortgage provider and a mover. I must say Julie's relationships impacted the level of service we received throughout the entire process front to back!Any time you sell and buy a home your going to run into obstacles. We certainly had our share. Julie was right there with us to field each and every one of them. She was instrumental in helping to counsel us on what the best course of action to address what was in front of us. And at times she was the "Calm in the Storm!"Bottom line, I expect a lot. And Julie and her team delivered on both ends. Both on the sell of our previous home and on the purchase of our current home! Julie is a true professional! Should we every have to move again, there will only be one phone call....Team Cash!

After interviewing a few listing agents, I was referred to Julie. She immediately saw the value of our home even though we had only lived in iit 2 years. It was our first time selling and I was looking for someone to handhold us. Also as a family photographer myself, I wanted excellent staging, lighting, and pictures! I knew how important the photography was for online listings. She and her assistant Beth walked around my entire house talking to me about what i needed to do to get ready to sell for top dollar. She offered staging items she had if and gave me recommendations for window cleaners, painters, carpet cleaners and others I needed. She was amazing from start to finish and we have 2 offers on the first day! I couldn't believe it. She has a great eye for detail as well as getting value for your house. I already recommended her to a neighbor and will keep telling others about her and her team!

Julie knows her clients, her market and her profession. If you want to sell your house just let her lead you, remember you want to sell, so change what ever she says to, to make your house appealing, its not about what you want anymore, its about the sale. Julie came to my house, she recommended interior paint, moving/removing some furniture and decluttering. She staged my home beautifully with some of her own things but mostly my own. My house went on the market and I had two full price offers the first day. You cant ask for better than that. Julie really knows her business, let her do her thing and good things will happen.
